A tree plantation drive was conducted at Baroda High School at Bagikhana, Vadodara which saw the participation of the students of standard IX, X and XI. Such programmes are regularly conducted in various schools under Smile Foundation’s Child for Child programme to sensitize privileged school going children about positive values like nurturing the environment, working in a team etc. Value education sessions are also conducted under the programme to instill certain positive values in the children like helping the needy, inculcating the values of love and compassion within oneself.

Under Child For Child programme, Smile Foundation visits various schools and conducts engaging sessions for the young minds. It sensitizes children towards various causes and let them realize their privileged status.

In addition, their parents and teachers are also involved in the process. The programme has today reached out to each part of India with the exception of Lakshadweep.
