Swabhiman is Smile Foundation’s women’s entrepreneurship and enterprise development programme. It supports women from underserved communities with entrepreneurship skills, financial and digital literacy, business development support, market access, mentorship and linkages to relevant opportunities.

Swabhiman helps women build the skills and resources needed to start, manage and grow income-generating enterprises. Support includes entrepreneurship training, financial literacy, business planning, market linkages and mentorship.

Swabhiman works with women from underserved urban and rural communities, including women aspiring to start a business and those already running small-scale enterprises with limited resources.

Your contribution helps support activities such as entrepreneurship training, skill development, financial and digital literacy, business development, mentorship and market access for women entrepreneurs.

Swabhiman facilitates access to relevant financial services, credit opportunities, government schemes and other enterprise support systems. The nature of financial or other assistance may vary based on the programme and the needs of the women being supported.
