Smile Foundation bagged the Healthcare Leadership Award 2012, instituted by Knowledge Resource Development & Welfare Group, for its healthcare initiatives. Nominations for this award were invited from seven countries, including India. An expert panel was constituted for undertaking the selection procedures and conducting independent research on the activities and credibility of the applicants.
