On 23rd December 2013, Mr. Karan, a Sales Manager from ICICI Bank visited the STeP Center SHED at Mahakali and took trial interviews of the students. The questions he asked were similar to the ones that are asked in the interviews. He also explained to the students how they should answer the question and how their body language should be while answering. He also gave important tips which will help the students to excel in their interviews and their professional life. He also explained the job profile in ICICI Bank and how their training will help them to gain skills and knowledge.
After the programme, the students had gained insights about how a sales executive works and how they should work on their weaknesses as well as their strengths to crack the interviews. Overall, it was a very successful initiative by both Mr.Karan and the Smile Foundation.
