Child for Child recently conducted an online yoga session for school teachers. Teachers have been the biggest support for children after the pandemic struck. Assisting the children through online classes, encouraging them and keeping them motivated through online mans also became a part of their job which added to more stress to their daily routine.
The session included practical tools to manage the body, mind and emotions and develop inner balance and stability. Conducted by a trained Isha Yoga instructor, the webinar was 30 minutes in length and include wisdom from Sadhguru on various topics, yogic practices and guided meditations.
The benefits are relief from anxiety, stress and psychological tension. Bringing balance to ones thought, activities and emotions and also brings a deep sense of peace throughout the day.
The teachers were greatly benefitted from the session.
