Summary of Role
The Executive HR ) will be responsible for managing the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) and providing accurate and timely data and reports to support HR decision-making processes. The role involves ensuring data integrity, generating reports, and collaborating with various departments to enhance HR processes and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Management Information System.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data entry, maintenance, and confidentiality.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR and management, providing insights and trends.
- Manage the digitization and storage of HR documents within the HRMS.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of employee records, including contracts, performance evaluations, and other relevant documents.
- Implement document naming conventions and organizational structures to facilitate easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with the HR team during the onboarding process to collect and input necessary documentation into the HRMS.
- Streamline data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Conduct regular audits of HR documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Collaborate with internal audit teams to facilitate comprehensive reviews of HR documentation for compliance purposes.
- To support the team in developing reports and presentations, Data analysis.
- Establish and maintain version control for critical HR documents, tracking revisions and updates and ensure that the most current versions of documents are readily accessible to authorized personnel.
- Provide regular updates to HR Head on the completeness and accuracy of employee documentation.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager.
Qualification and Experience
- Should possess a graduate or postgraduate degree in any stream.
- At least 1- 2 years of experience in a similar role of handling MIS platforms, collecting, organizing, protecting, and storing of data.
- Excellent analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially working with Microsoft Excel and database management.
- Excellent verbal and Written Communication (Both English and Hindi)
- Ability to work with different stakeholders
Salary
The Budget is 35k – 45k Per Month.
