Job Summary
Smile Foundation is currently recruiting one Senior Manager, Mission Education who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of education projects, particularly those funded by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management within the education sector. The ideal candidate will be adept at preparing and monitoring project implementation plans, managing budgets, building the capacity of team members, and ensuring comprehensive reporting and documentation.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of education projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within
- Develop and implement effective project management methodologies to ensure successful project
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including government bodies, NGOs, and community
2. Preparing Project Implementation Plan (PIP):
- Develop detailed project implementation plans, outlining key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and
- Ensure that PIPs are aligned with organizational goals and donor
- Regularly update and refine PIPs to reflect project progress and any changes in
3. Monitoring of PIP:
- Monitor the execution of project plans to ensure adherence to timelines and
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project
- Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings with project teams and
4. Budgeting:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are within approved
- Track and report on financial performance, highlighting any variances and recommending corrective

5. Capacity Building of Internal Team Members:
- Assess the training needs of project team members and develop capacity-building
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and competencies of team

- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all project activities, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project completion reports.

- Post-Graduation in Social Work, Social Science, Rural Development, or any other allied
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in the education
