The Key Responsibility Areas expected to be taken care by the person in above mentioned position are as below:
• A Minimum of 3 years of experience in Implementation
• Planning and implementation of the project activities on ground
• Ensure cost effective implementation
• Establish & strengthen linkages with concerned Govt. Dept. /community health workers/ local CBOs / other stakeholders
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly activity progress reports for donor supported projects
• Capacity building of project staff and other stakeholders
• Monitor and supervise the Swabhiman activities and team at the field level
• Must be good in report writing
• To perform all other tasks as assigned from time to time by reporting manager and other senior persons/ colleagues of Smile Foundation

• Has understanding of women health-related issues, Govt. policies for women, gender equity, livelihood, etc.
• Good communication skills to successfully work with all the stakeholders, partners, govt. agencies

• Financial Diligence: Has an ability to manage and control budgets
