SUMMARY:ANZ has joined hands with Smile Foundation
DESCRIPTION:ANZ has joined hands with Smile Foundation to provide door-step health facilities in slum clusters of Bengaluru. The partnership will result into directly benefitting 11\,880 beneficiaries during the span of nine months. \nThe intervention will make the health care amenities accessible in 23 slums/resettlement colonies of Bengaluru. The vehicle is equipped with a qualified doctor\, nurse\, lab technician\, pharmacist and a driver\, to be overall administered by the Project Coordinator. Besides medical consultation\, the beneficiaries will also be provided with free of cost medicines and lab testing facilities. \nThe operations started in January 2016.

SUMMARY:Employer Engagement Program - Deustche Bank
DESCRIPTION:On 15th January 2016\, Sujaya Foundation Chembur\, Mumbai conducted an Employer Engagement Program for the current batch STeP students at their respective STeP Center. Total of 27 students participated in the program. Ms. Gauri\, HR manager from Deustche Bank\, Goregaon at Mumbai was invited as a guest for an engagement program. He discussed with the students about the various job opening in the Bank. She also explained about the job profile and salary structure. \nThe whole program was very motivating as it ensured the beneficiaries that they should be enthusiastic about getting involved in such training program as it is very important to find creative and meaningful way for them to participate so the efforts can really make a difference. At end of the Employer Engagement Program the students were very confident and were able to understand how to reply in interview and also how to present themselves in interview.

Ltd.\, Abbott Healthcare India\, Capri Global Capital Ltd\, State Bank of India\, Prudential UK and Crown Worldwide Group\, along with their employees wholeheatedly participated in the marathon. Their support and commitment has ensured education of more than 1500 children under Smile Foundation’s mission Education programme across India. \nBollywood actor Girish Kumar join the Smile team at the Cheering Zone and added to the excitement. Students from the Thakur College of Engineering and Technology\, came together once again pulling crowds with their flash mob performance and helping spread awareness about the cause.

Smile Foundation has been chosen as the nodal partner for this capacity building initiative in India. \nThe idea is to help the CBOs and NGOs engage and actively involve the civil society in bringing change at the grassroots level and raise support for community welfare projects locally\, in the process making them self-sustainable. \nThe portal of the Change the Game Academy includes free e-learning courses\, toolkits\, inspiring case studies and an extensive library. The Academy also offers face-to-face courses on Local Fundraising and Mobilising Support.
