Mr. Gaurav Sr. HR manager and Ms. Namita Rastogi started with the introduction of Flipkart.com. they explained the details of Flipkart.com and what is online shopping. They described the journey of an order. Ms. Namita explained the process flipkart follows from the time of taking the order to delivery of the items. They explained the responsibility of employee for packing and dispatching. \nThey also explained the importance of security in the organisation. He also showed the level of security they follow in their organisation. \nMr. Gaurav described the job profile of the opening in their company\, he also explained the internal recruitment process and asked the students to participate in the interview \nAll student were very happy and enrich with the knowledge of flipkart internal recruitment process\, so that they can prepare them self in advance\, and apply whenever flipkart have new vacancies.
