DESCRIPTION:The India telecom market ranks among the fastest growing industries in the country. The improvement in the standard of living and the development of infrastructure and connectivity are some of the mains reasons for the significant growth of the telecom industry. The growth is expected to expand in the coming years. On similar lines an employer engagement programme was held on 29 March 2011\, at NPSS\,Lucknow\,where two employees from Airtel and MTS were invited to talk about the job scenario in the telecom sector \,where they interacted and cleared their thoughts on the same.
