DESCRIPTION:On December\, 24\, 2010\, Friday Exposure visit of STEP Course students was Scheduled to Innfiniti Mall\, situated in Andheri (W) .Wherein 10 students of STEP Course got the benefit.Mr. Shrikant & Mr.Sushil gave the brief idea of Mall environment. As the Premises of Infinity mall is quite huge so students saw various sections of Retail Market. Students visited different types of shops which were there in Mall premises.The following was studied by the students after the completion of exposure visit. \nIn Stores Management \nCustomer Handling Techniques \nProduct Knowledge & its Information \nAt the end students were provided with the best knowledge of Retail Sector and Working Environment\, and the outcome of the Exposure Visit was satisfactory.
