SUMMARY:Ingersoll Rand employees and Smile children spend a day together
DESCRIPTION:Children form a Mission Education centre in Pune spent a fun filled day with the employees from Ingersoll Rand. The event started with an ice breaking session between the children and the employees so that the children could freely express themselves afterward in the activities that followed. The employees from Ingersoll Rand and children interacted with each other and a drawing competition was held for the children after which gifts were distributed. The children had much fun and the employees were also transported to their childhood memories with this interaction. \nMission Education is a national level programme of Smile Foundation\, which is committed to providing basic education and healthcare to underprivileged children. Since its inception in 2002\, more than 200\,000 underprivileged children have directly benefitted from the Mission Education programme. \nSmile Foundation is a national level development organisation directly benefitting over 400\,000 children and their families every year\, through more than 200 live welfare projects on education\, healthcare\, livelihood and women empowerment\, in over 950 remote villages and slums across 25 states of India.
