SUMMARY:Communication Specialist volunteers to train STeP students
DESCRIPTION:A communication specialist from France\, Marco\, volunteered to take a series of English communication and personality development sessions for STeP trainees in Kolkata. Volunteer Engagement is an important aspect of STeP\, under which students from colleges\, universities as well as corporate professionals volunteer to add value to the learning process of the youth trainees in addition to the regular training curriculum. \nSo far\, more than 22\,600 youth have been trained and 14\,500 have been placed in over 150 brands through 91 operational projects across India. \nSmile Foundation is an NGO in India directly benefitting over 750\,000 children and their families every year\, through more than 350 live welfare projects on education\, healthcare\, livelihood and women empowerment\, in over 1000 remote villages and slums across 25 states of India.
