DESCRIPTION:The STeP centre SAMA Foundation organized an exposure visit to The Big Market\, Electronic city\, Bangalore on 13th April 2016. 21 students went for the exposure visit. \nMr. Rajendra\, the Store Manager\, talked to all the students and discussed about the tactics to manage the customers\, how to deal with them. He provided them the information about his store\, the goods and details about them. He even took the students to take a round of the entire store. \nThe students were motivated after the visit and some of them showed interest in working there.

DESCRIPTION:On 13th April 2016\, an exposure visit to Westside\, Sector 18\, Noida was organized by the STeP centre Akhil Bhartiya Antyoday Sansthan ABAS. 34 students visited the store. \nMr. Rajendra\, the Store Manager\, talked to all the students and discussed about the tactics to manage the customers\, how to deal with them. He provided them the information about his store\, the goods and details about them. He even took the students to take a round of the entire store. \nThe students also had a group discussion about the strategies to sell the product and how to fulfill the needs of the customer. \nThrough this exposure visit to Westside\, the student felt grateful as they got the opportunity to learn and observe new things about the retailing sector
