SUMMARY:Exposure Visit at Reliance Fresh
DESCRIPTION:On 30th October\, 2015 students from the STeP Center Integrated Rural Development Organization went for the exposure visit to Reliance Fresh in Chennai. \nTotal of 39 students and 4 teachers were present during the visit. Mr. Swarup Kumar\, Unite Manager interacted with the students. He explained their job responsibilities and the selling techniques of product. He also shared the experience that how to manage customers. While visiting the whole store\, students observed that Reliance Fresh is divided into separate departments like food bar\, home-wear\, sport\, toys and fashion etc. \nAt the end of the day\, students asked several queries related to retail management which was promptly answered by the Unite manager. At the end of the visit the students were very motivated.
