DESCRIPTION:Students from Kendriya Vidyalaya in Kapurthala watched ‘I am Kalam’\, a parallel movie made by Smile Foundation\, which narrates the story of an underprivilieged boy\, who is inspired by our former President\, Mr. APJ Abdul Kalam\, and his quest for study. \nThe movie screening was followed by an interactive session with the students\, conducted by executives from Smile Foundation’s Child for Child (CFC) team. \nSmile Foundation visits various privileged schools across India and conducts engaging sessions for the young minds\, under the CFC programme. Children are sensitized in various causes\, value systems and are ushered to realize their importance in growing up as responsible citizens of the country.
