SUMMARY:Exposure Visit at Big Bazaar
DESCRIPTION:On June 6th 2015 students from the step center Gosavi Bahuddeshiya Sanstha\, went to Big Bazaar. Most of the students were present during the visit\, they started with the entrance security counter.HR manager Ms. Priya welcomed to the students and explained the integrals retail management and also briefed about different section in Big Bazaar like jewelry section\, clothes section\, food materials etc. \nNext she explained about job description and growth in the organization she briefed about the working hours\, leave policy and the payment structure of the employees. \nAfter seeing all things students ask questions to mall staffs and students were able to understand the procedure of work. The students were very energized and motivated through the outcome of the exposure visit.
