SUMMARY:Value based film festival goes to Assam
DESCRIPTION:Children from the Royal Global School\, one of the most reputed schools in Guwahati\, Assam\, watched the films Halo\, Kabhi Pass Kabhi Fail and Karamati Coat\, as part of Smile Foundation’s initiative\, in partnership with the Children’s Film Society of India\, of screening value based films for school children across India. \nThe children not only watched the movies but also played out a skit highlighting the different aspects of values and emotions like happiness\, kindness and love\, portrayed in the films. \nUnder its Child for Child programme\, Smile Foundation visits various privileged schools across India\, and conducts such engaging sessions for the young minds\, to sensitize them about vital social issues and inculcate strong values in them from the very beginning\, helping them grow up as responsible citizens and change makers.
