DESCRIPTION:On 18th October 2014 \, Mr. Chandra Mouli\, G. Praveena Reddy & Team from Monsanto visited the Arunodaya Trust STeP center. They briefed the students about the company and the jobs in the company. \nMonsanto is an agricultural company\,located in sixteen locations during the interaction with the students the team explained few important points of Microsoft excel. In the session the HR policy of different company were discussed. The students were briefed about the career growth in the company. \nThe whole program was very motivating as it ensured the beneficiaries should be enthusiastic to get the job . The program was very informative and it helped the students to get enlightened about the ways processes happen in the agricultural industry.
