SUMMARY:Employer Engagement Program- Pantaloos
DESCRIPTION:On 24th July ’13\, The team from Pantaloons Fashion & Retail Ltd visited Sanklap Sanskritik Samiti\, Raipur to recruit the STeP beneficiaries for various vacancies available in Retail shops in Raipur. Along with the STeP beneficiaries the instructors from the organization attended the Engagement Program. \nThe team had a detailed discussion with the STeP beneficiaries in order to understand the development and benefit they have gained after joining the STeP center. The students had an introductory session wherein they asked several queries regarding the interest of beneficiaries on joining a job after completion of the course. They also cleared the doubts of the students regarding the marketing job by explaining the growth in the organization. \nThe training program reflected the change in confidence level vis-à-vis the day they joined the STeP course. Later the team took an interview session with the students for placing them in a good position in various Pantaloon outlets in Raipur. The results would be declared shortly. The students were very satisfied with the session and were equally enthusiastic about the prospects of working with the Pantaloon Fashion and Retail Ltd.
