SUMMARY:Employer Engagement program- Arunodaya Trust
DESCRIPTION:In the month of July 13\, Arunodaya Trust Hyderabad organized an employment exchange programme at their STeP center. There were students from STeP training program along with the teachers who participated the session with great motivation and zeal. The objective of the programme was to make an idea about the various opportunities of jobs and also understand the responsibilities\, work atmosphere etc. in BPO sector. \nThe exchange program was organized specially for the pass out beneficiaries while some of the existing beneficiaries also had the opportunity to interact with the employer. \nMr. Md.Imitiaz Ahmed\, a software engineer by profession from Mahindra Satyam visited the STeP center and took a session with the students. The session was very interactive and inspiring. During this programme concerned beneficiaries were explained about their companies’ nature of job\, recruitment policies\, salary structure etc. Many students also benefitted with the fact that the visit has facilitated them in enhancing their personality skills as well. The discussion concluded with the positive note that Mahindra Satyam would be recruiting the STeP beneficiaries in the future.
