DESCRIPTION:On 5th February 2013\, an Employer Engagement Program was conducted at the STeP center Jan Shikhan Sansthan\,Mumabi. Mr. Ashraf Sheikh an HR executive from Sundaram BPO Company.In the session 35 students were present along with the staffs. \nHe explained about the job profile of the call centre like Customer Care Executive(CCE)\, Team Leader(TL) etc. He also discussed on the technical terms used in the BPO and breifed the students about the kind of growth then can get in the industry. \nOther main points discussed in the session: \n\nWhat is call center.\nTypes of call center.\nKind of work.\nDifference between Inbound and Outbound calls.\nWhat is a sale.\nWhat is insurance.\nWhat are the several forms of insurance.\n\nStudents were very excited about the employer engagement program and after the program students said they are really feeling confident
