SUMMARY:Employer Engagement Program
DESCRIPTION:On 16th August 2012\, Adarsh Seva Samiti\, Dwarka conducted one Employer Engagement Program for the current batch STeP students at their respective STeP centre. Ms. Mamta Behera who is the partnership coordinator of Care India was invited as a guest lecturer for the engagement program. She discussed with the students about the various job openings in the market and informing them about the requirements of the job. \nThe main objective of coordinating the program was to prepare the beneficiaries mentally to take up challenges and get themselves ready to enter the job scenario. The whole program was very motivating as it ensured the beneficiaries that they should be enthusiastic about getting involved in such training programs as it is very important to find creative and meaningful way for them to participate so the efforts can really make a difference. They should feel that they have a positive role to play in their life and hence work hard in achieving that goal. The program was very informative and the outcome was useful as it helped the students to take the right decision about their career.
