Quaker and Smile Foundation join hands to Gift A Meal

Smile Foundation and Quaker joined hands to do a Cause Related Marketing (CRM) campaign called “Gift a meal” during Christmas. The campaign was aimed at made at ensuring nutritious meals for less privileged children – with every packet of Quaker oats bought online through different platforms, part proceeds went towards providing nutritious meals to children studying at Smile Foundation’s Mission Education centres across India.

Involving individual customers a step further and making the initiative more fruitful, Quaker Feed a Child campaign also encouraged them to send their good wishes and advice to the Smile Foundation kids via the online platforms. The campaign helped generate more than 150,000 meals which ensured nutrition support for over 4000 children across the country.

The campaign was integrated with Smile Foundations’ Nutrition for Education initiative that aims to provide adequate and proper nutrition for the underprivileged children in the country, leading to better education, better growth, and other opportunities for them.
