hands with Smile Foundation to conduct two specialized health camps
under Smile Health Camps programme.

Bosch India Foundation
Bosch India Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Bosch India –
country’s largest automotive component manufacturer, has joined
hands with Smile Foundation to provide livelihood training to 120
underprivileged youth of Bengaluru for a year. Under this association,
a new Smile Twin e-Learning Programme centre has been set up at
Virgonagar, Medahalli in Bengaluru.
Bosch India Foundation, with its focus on ‘Enabling Lives
and Livelihood’ through skill training and healthcare has
touched the lives of over 6000 youth in 16 locations in India in
2012. Through this new partnership, the Foundation hopes to reach
out and skill more youth.

Hyder Consulting India Private Limited has come forward to support
Smile Foundation through Pay Roll Giving mode. Employees of Hyder
Consulting have pledged to share a part of their salaries for the
cause of child education through Smile Foundation’s Mission
Education programme.
Hyder Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. is a multi-national design and
engineering consultancy renowned for working on some of the world’s
most iconic buildings and structures. Hyder’s vision is to
be the next evolution in design engineering and consultancy, keeping

Indian Institute of
Technology - Madras
Indian Institute of Technology Madras partnered with Smile Foundation,
under its annual festival SAARANG, to launch the ‘Nutrition
for Better Literacy’ campaign by providing yearlong nutritional
support to 100 underprivileged children.
IIT Madras is one among the foremost institutes of national importance
in higher technological education, basic and applied research. Initiated
in 1959, it has established itself as a premier centre for teaching,
research and industrial consultancy in the country.

Photography (IIP)
Indian Institute of Photography (IIP) has pledged to donate part
proceeds of the registration fee of students enrolling at the Institute
towards Mission Education programme, besides imparting photography
skills to children.
IIP is one of India’s most dedicated professional institutes
focused on providing both seasoned and aspiring photographers with
a range of meticulously designed courses addressing every level
of proficiency.

INOX Group has partnered with Smile Foundation for the second year
through its philanthropic venture Siddhomal Charitable Trust. Education
of 100 children under Mission Education programme will be supported
under this association.

Mantri S.E.V.A.
Mantri S.E.V.A, the social responsibility wing of Mantri Developers,
organised a two-day sensitization drive in the corporate office to
mark the World Environment Day. All the employees pledged their support
towards environment and were given a table top plant as green token
of appreciation. Paintings on flowers were exhibited and put for sale
online, as well as at Mantri Mall for the benefit of Smile Foundation. |

Rural Electrification
Corporation Limited
Rural Electrification Corporation (REC) Limited is supporting Smile
Foundation for bringing primary health services to underprivileged
rural population at their doorsteps in two districts, Rae Bareilly
in Uttar Pradesh and Ashoknagar in Madhya Pradesh. The services
would be delivered through Smile Foundation’s mobile hospital
programme, Smile on Wheels.
Rural Electrification Corporation (REC) Limited, a NAVRATNA Central
Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Power, was incorporated
on July 25, 1969 under the Companies Act 1956. Its main objective
is to finance and promote rural electrification projects all over
the country. It provides financial assistance to State Electricity
Boards, State Government Departments and Rural Electric Cooperatives
for rural electrification projects.

Materials Limited
Shankara Infrastructure Materials Limited is supporting Smile Foundation
in introducing Swabhiman programme in Karnataka. Swabhiman, meaning
self respect in English, is one of Smile Foundation’s flagship
programmes on girl child and women empowerment.

Tod’s Boutique organized a charity sale at Tod’s Boutique,
DLF Emporio Mall, New Delhi between May 25 and 26. Tod’s donated
part of the sales proceeds to Smile Foundation’s mobile hospital
programme, Smile on Wheels.

United Way of Mumbai has partnered with Smile Foundation to facilitate
support for education of underprivileged children through Pay Roll
Giving programme. Corporates supporting Smile Foundation through
United Way of Mumbai Pay Roll Giving programme so far are Deloitte,
Pitney Bowes, Agilent Technologies and Ingersoll Rand.
United Way of Mumbai is a non-profit organization that endeavours
to leverage corporate, employee and leadership talent for community
development.
