their support to Mission Education Programme. With the support of
Amtek Group, Smile Foundation is educating 100 underprivileged children
across India.

Amway Opportunity Foundation has extended support to Smile Foundation's
Mission Education programme for the third year in a row. Their continuous
support ensures quality education for 35 underprivileged children
every year. This year it has also extended support for the training
of 40 youth under Smile Twin e-Learning Programme.
Amway Opportunity Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation
which looks after Amway India's Corporate Social Responsibility.
Amway is one of the world's largest direct selling companies which
offers people an opportunity to have a business of their own, based
on retailing beauty, nutritional, wellness and household products
and share this opportunity with others.

Blackstone has pledged to support the education of 25 underprivileged
children under Smile Foundation's Mission Education Programme. The
association was started with an employee engagement session where
volunteers from BlackStone interacted with children at a Mission
Education centre in Mumbai.

BNY Mellon has strengthened its ongoing support towards Smile Foundation
by raising money towards annual scholarship, stationary and healthcare
for children under Mission Education Programme, during the Joy of
Giving Week, besides its annual support for 90 youth under Smile
Twin e-Learning Programme (STeP). It has also extended support to
Smile Foundation through its community partnership programme.

Certification Engineers
International Limited
Certification Engineers International Limited (CEIL) has extended
infrastructural support to Smile Foundation's Smile Twin e-Learning
Programme by providing computers, furniture, etc. as part of its
CSR initiative. The partnership will benefit 3 STeP centres in Delhi/NCR.
CEIL, a Govt. of India Undertaking, carries out activities related
to Certification, Re-certification, Safety Audit and HSE Management
Systems for offshore and onshore Oil & Gas Facilities. CEIL
also undertakes Third Party Inspection of equipments and installations
in the Hydrocarbon and other quality sensitive sectors of the Industry.

CGI
CGI joined hands with Smile Foundation to extend patient support
towards its mobile hospital programme, Smile on Wheels. CGI conducted
a health camp for their employees and to encourage them to enroll
for the same a donation was made for every enrolment.
A total of 1852 patients were supported through this association.

Chennai Petroleum Corporation
Limited
Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) joined hands with Smile
Foundation to provide primary health services to underprivileged
people through Smile Health Camps in Nagapattinam district of Tamil
Nadu. A total of 1250 beneficiaries were directly benefitted through
the five health camps conducted.
CPCL started its humble journey in 1965 with a refining capacity
of 2.5 MMTPA and has now grown to be the largest refining company
of South India. A steely resolve to stick to quality, an unrelenting
passion to tread on a consistent growth path, the finest of technology

Citysurf has joined hands with Smile Foundation through the Cause
Related Marketing mode of partnership, through which it will support
the education of 25 children under Mission Education programme.
Cirtysurf is engaged in the business of collating, printing and
sale/distribution of value/discount coupons on behalf of its clients
and selling/distributing it to the end user through a coupon book
containing the aforementioned value/discount coupons. City Surf
will be extending part proceeds from the sale of these to Smile
Foundation.

Crompton Greaves Limited (CG) has partnered with Smile Foundation
in Chennai and Hyderabad to implement a series of initiatives. An
AIDS Awareness Campaign and Diabetes Health Camp for the underprivileged,
have already been conducted in December. Next in line is library
support for two Mission centres.

Herbalife has continued its ongoing support to Smile Foundation
towards the nutritional support of underprivileged children, through
its Casa Herbalife initiative. The nutritional requirements of 3000
children are being met under the partnership since 2011.
Created in 1994 by Herbalife Founder Mark Hughes, Herbalife Family
Foundation (HFF) creates partnerships with charities to help meet
the nutritional needs of children at risk. It is a global non-profit
organization working in communities around the world and launched
the flagship Casa Herbalife programme in 2005.

Hyatt has joined hands with Smile Foundation to provide education
to 300 underprivileged kids under Mission Education programme. As
part of the association, Hyatt celebrated the completion of its
30 years in India by organizing a series of art shows, titled 'Smile
with Hyatt', in support of Smile Foundation. In tandem with the
art shows, Hyatt employees of various properties participated in
an internal giving campaign, 30 Days of Giving, for Smile Foundation
over the Christmas holidays.

education of 100 underprivileged children under Mission Education
programme. A team of volunteers led by Mr. Tadahiko Sumitiani, MD,
Konica Minolta, began the association in an apt way by spending
a day with children at a Mission Education centre in Delhi.

TOD's and Smile Foundation came together again to host a charity
sale for the second time, where TOD's donated part of the sales
proceeds to Smile Foundation. The funds went towards supporting
primary health services for the underprivileged population, through
Smile on Wheels programme.

Tusker Harley Davidson Bangalore, in association with H.O.G (Harley
Owners Group), joined hands with Smile Foundation to support the
education of 60 children under Mission Education programme. A resource-raising
cum sensitizing campaign was organized as part of the association,
in which HOG's from the garden city rode to cover a stretch of 100kms.

(UBI)
Smile Foundation and Union Bank of India (UBI) have joined hands
to undertake a Post Disaster Rehabilitation Project in flood affected
areas of Uttarakhand. The health-based rehabilitation programme
will provide free health services to affected people from 24 villages
of Rudraprayag district through the means of Static Health Clinic
and regular village-based Health Camps.

children under Mission Education programme.
