Designation: Executive Telecaller
Reporting to : National Director,CFC
Location – New Delhi
• To generate funds through the tele calling technique using the prescribed products by the Organization (Mission Education/One Time).
• To communicate effectively to customers on the activities of the Organization as trained by the induction process.
• Ensure to achieve agreed upon targets on monthly basis.
• Ensure to represent Smile foundation in a responsible manner as per the policy limits.
• Call prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems and other telecommunications technologies.
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Make telephone calls to prospects.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
• Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis, Maintain confidentiality
• Maintain Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
• Tele calling: Fresher & Experienced.
• English Must.
