Position Title : National Head – Child for Child

Smile Foundation works for the welfare of children and their families through intensive programmes focused on education, healthcare, livelihood, and women empowerment. Started in 2002 by a group of young corporate professionals, today we have evolved into a national level development organization with project presence in 25 states across India, 10 offices in strategic locations and over 400 employees, besides countless volunteers, well-wishers, and supporters.

Smile foundation under its CFC (Child for Child) programme is looking for dynamic, passionate professionals who have experience of working with social organisation in the area of partnership & alliances with Educational Industry, majorly Schools.

Role – Reporting to and working closely with the Head – Resources, s/he will be responsible for leading School Partnership & Alliances activities under Child for Child Programme.

As part of a successful team, he/she will play a significant role in the growth and development of the organisation and an important part in developing a strong approach towards School Partnerships.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  1. Devise, develop, maintain, and implement a successful School partnership strategy.
  2. Ability to design & implement Innovations within the Programme.
  3. Building strong relationships with various stakeholders i.e School Principals/ Chairperson/Directors/Head Chain of Schools/ Education Departments and Authorities etc.
  4. Nurture and manage existing relationships with schools to maximize their long-term association with the organization.
  5. Generating leads through extensive research and networking.
  6. Market Study/ competitor analysis.
  7. Build and Lead teams, across India. Regularly monitor the progress of the teams; provide all necessary support and guidance to teams.

Desired profile of the candidate:

  • Highly committed and passionate professionals who can take the vision of CFC programme ahead which is to work closely with privileged children, catch them young and inculcate in them feelings of empathy and conscience so that the grow up as responsible individuals for the cause of creating.
  • Strategizing and Preparing Annual business plans in alignment with programmatic goals. Ensuring achievements of the laid work plans and yearly goals both Qualitative and Quantitative.
  • Strong networking skills for generating and building long term sustained partnerships and associations with Educational Institutions especially Schools at Pan India level.
  • Innovative thinker able to demonstrate flair and creativity.
  • Adept at People management. A self-starting team leader with the strong ability to motivate and manage a successful team.
  • Professionals having worked towards School businesses development initiatives will have added advantage.

Desired work experience: 12-15 years
Compensation Offered: INR 14 – 18 Lacs CTC
