Focusing on targeted <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smilefoundationindia.org\/livelihood\/\"   title=\"Livelihood\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2575\">skill development<\/a> is key to bridging this divide and supporting youth success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CSR\u2019s Role in Skill-Based Socio-Economic Growth<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The United Nations\u2019 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) highlight youth empowerment as a key driver of social change. In India, <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/@pradeepkumarpanda\/role-of-youth-in-shaping-indias-future-2301290bceed#\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">62% of the population is of working age<\/a>, and over 54% is under 25, presenting a unique opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smilefoundationindia.org\/corporate-partnership\/\" title=\"Corporate Partnerships\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"2576\">Corporate Social Responsibility<\/a> (CSR) in India can support this opportunity by collaborating with NGOs and schools to offer mentorship, technical resources, scholarships, and vocational training, especially in underserved regions.
