Let\u2019s start with the unpleasant truth- India\u2019s employability rate needs a significant upward trend in the coming years.\u00a0 No doubt that there is a talent surplus in India but the youth need appropriate skilling to become workforce-ready. This must be done to bridge the \u201cindustry-institute divide\u201d.<\/p>\n
