Smile Foundation organized special New Year Celebration with "Smile Children" of BOSCO Vikas and Spastics Society of Karnataka at Spastics Society premises in Indiranagar, Bangalore on 14th of January 2007. The event was sponsored by Canara Bank and Prakash Café.

Around 130 children from BOSCO Vikas and Spastics Society of Karnataka participated in various activities. The programme included a Magic Show, Musical performances by runaway children from BOSCO as well as a skit presented by them. The Skit described the problems faced by the boys after they ran away from their homes and how their attitude changed after being included in the project run for their benefit.

Vasanthi Hariprakash of Radio City interacted with the children and participated in various games. The programme included inauguration of Autistic Spectrum Disorder by Dr. H T Sangliana, Member of Parliament. Autistic Spectrum Disorder is a special project unit supported by Smile Foundation for children with Autism.

Children enjoyed the snacks and lunch (sponsored by Prakash Café). The programme ended with distribution of gifts by Smile Foundation.
