Foundation invites volunteers to conduct trainings on BPO
Curriculum
Objective: With an objective
to develop the professional skills of the underprevileged
youth under Smile Twin e- Learning Programme, a BPO Curriculum
named “BPO Parichay” has been designed to keep
up with the current needs of the job sector. Smile Foundation
invites voulnteers to share their experience and knowledge
and train our instructors
The volunteer activity is proposed as a
pilot initiative for launching “BPO Parichay”,
a new vertical to our existing training programs across
the country.
Key Responsibility Areas:
The engagement programme for voulnteers is meant for a minimmum
period of six months and a minimum of two sessions each
month
The volunteer will be required to-
1) Conduct TOTs (Training of the Trainers)
2) Refresher Trainings
3) Evaluate the Programme
In selected cases the trainer might also
be required to directly impart trainings to beneficiaries
on certain subjects.
Experience Required: Currently
working with a BPO or Call Centre or has past experience
in the same preferably as a trainer.
Location: Mumbai, Bangalore,
Delhi.
Smile Foundation will be glad to acknowledge
the contribution through volunteer certificates and letters.
