SAIL employees counsel STEP students for career (August 13, 2010)

A career counseling workshop was organized for STeP students by SAIL employees in Kolkata. The Deputy General Manager (P&A), SAIL was also present for this counseling workshop.

There were 21 students who participated in the workshop. Ms. Chaudhari trained the students on important issues like basic personality development, developing mental strength and enriching vocabulary for improved spoken English. A mock interview was also conducted to train the students on how to best face an interview.

The workshop was an enriching experience for both – the students as well as the SAIL employees, and going forward they are also very keen on conducting such workshops regularly with the STeP students.
