Our Children in India . . .  engaged in different activities with a Smile all along - as child labour or tending to domestic animals or caring for their younger siblings or helping their parents in daily chores. Or, a kid in some stingy workshop or just playing and whiling away their time… education continues to be a privilege of a few!

Smile Foundation strives to ensure Smile on their face for all time to come through Education.

Because education is both the means as well as the end to a better life: means, because it empowers an individual to earn his/her livelihood and the end because it increases one's awareness on a range of issues from healthcare to appropriate social behaviour to understanding one's rights - and in the process evolve as a better citizen.

This section of photogallery contains photographs from various remote places where Smile is working. The pics in the gallery are contributed by Smile project staff, volunteers and professional photographers who are our supporters. The children, women and girls in the photo gallery belong to various Indian states like Orissa, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.
