Mr. Santanu Mishra, an Associate Member of ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India), is an Alumni of Indian Institute of Management (IIM-A). Besides also holding a degree in law, Mr. Mishra specializes in Enterprise Transformation, strategies and Scaling up.

HN Sahay

Mr. Sahay has a successful track record in the area of business development at national level for over 28 years. He has served a number of premier corporate houses like, Avery India Ltd., Usha International, Bajaj Electricals, Royal Enfield Motors and Eicher Motors Ltd.
Mr. Sahay moved from Corporate to Social Sector with Prayas , a Delhi based national level NGO in year 2003. He has handled issues concerning Child Rights and Juvenile Justice, Alternative Education and Livelihood Skills Development, Self – Help Groups and Microfinance, CSO Governance and Sustainability. As a Director in Prayas, he has participated in Seminars, Workshops and Consultation Forums on Protection of Child Rights, Corporate Social Responsibility and Global Trafficking in person at national and international levels.
Mr. Sahay enjoys travelling and winning friends.

Indrani Roy

A Post Graduate from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, Indrani has worked as a Deputy Director (Resource Mobilisation), North in Help Age India for 22 years. Before associating with Smile Foundation team in Bangalore as National Director, she worked as a Director, South-East (Resource Development) in Global Cancer Concern India. In GCCI, Indrani successfully launched Resource Generation Programmes in Northern, Southern and Eastern regions.

Smita Kalappa

Smita has done her Masters in English Literature from Bangalore University. For the last two decades she has been working with various national level organisations including HelpAge India before associating with Smile Foundation. She has an expertise in the fields of Resource Generation, Training and Administration.

Pabitra Banerjee

Pabitra Banerjee has done Masters in Rural Development from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi after doing a Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resource Management from IGNOU. He has vast experience of working in the development sector with leading organisations like Prerana, Care India, MelJol, Sightsavers International, UK and many more in areas like Nutrition & Health, Micro Credit & Entrepreneurship, Gender, Child Rights, Institutional Development, Advocacy and Networking, etc.

He loves listening to music, reading and gardening.

Suryakant R. Narvekar

Suryakant did his Post Graduation in Management from Annamalai University and Masters in Public Policy from ICFAI. He has a work experience spanning more than a decade both in the development sector and corporate sector. He worked as a Manager in the Goa and Sindhudurg areas for HelpAge India and was adjudged as the Best Employee for the year 2005-06.

He has dedicated his life in creating Social awareness for various social issues regarding Children’s education, etc.

Nidhi Avasthi

Nidhi is MSC (Botany) from Kanpur University and has also done a Degree in Education from Annamalai University. After having a decade long experience in teaching at various educational institutions, she moved in to development sector. Before joining Smile she worked with Global Cancer Concern India and Helpage India for quite a considerable time. Education and child related social issues are closer to her heart.

She likes dancing, painting and cooking.

Partho Roy

Partho Roy is a Graduate in Physics (Hons.) from Kolkata University. Before joining Smile Foundation, he worked with HelpAge India and handled event management. He is a versatile person and likes to take up different roles and challenges.

He has played for First Division Cricket Club in Kolkata and is an ardent Cricket player.

Anurag Bhatnagar

Anurag has done MBA in Marketing from Centre of Management and Development after doing BBA from Annamalai University. He has also done a Diploma course in Export Management from Indian Institute of Export Management. He has worked with leading brands in both Development and Corporate sector like CRY, Planet M, Procter and Gamble India Ltd., Siemens Limited and etc.

Manju after doing her Post Graduate degree in Rural Management from Xavier Institute for Management, Bhubaneswar entered the development sector. She has experience of Project management, social marketing, advocacy and working for safe drinking water related issues. She also has specialisation in Banking and Cooperatives.

Manju is a dedicated and hardworking employee. She has a lovely voice and loves dancing and singing in her free time.

Meena Batra

Meena, a Post Graduate in Sociology, has been in the development sector for almost a decade. She is an expert in Human Development and Family Studies, Social Marketing, Social Research and Advocacy, Programme Implementation and Monitoring.

She is a determined person and enjoys travelling to new places amidst nature.

Dipanita has done her Post Graduation with an additional diploma in Tours and Travel Management. She worked as a fund raiser with HelpAge India and as a Senior Manager – Resource Development in Global Cancer Concern India.

She has been an active University level Badminton player and Vice-president of Rotaract club during her college days.

Priyanka Kumari has been working in the area of communications - both internal and external for around seven years now.  With a diploma in Journalism and mass communications from Indian Institute of Mass Communications, New Delhi. She has worked with the online edition of  India’s leading business newspaper, The Economic Times and All India Radio (programme division).

Amita Sharma did her Graduation in English Honours from Delhi University and Masters in English from Panjab University. Prior to joining Smile Foundation family, she worked with HelpAge India organisation.

She enjoys reading and especially books related to the issues of women.

Shantanu did his B.Sc. from Kolkata University. He has a vast experience of working with several organisations like GlaxoWellcome India Ltd, HelpAge India and Gati Corporation Limited. He got into development sector to utilise his expertise in Sales & Marketing to undertake promotional campaigns for social environment programme and help in elevating the lives of socially disadvantaged population.

Hemant Sharma

Hemant has done Post Graduation in Management and has over 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Operations and Relationship Management. His association with the development sector at International level has been over 6 years, where he worked in regions spread across East & Central Africa and South Asia. He has also worked for several Relief & Development Projects supported by International Agencies like UN, USAID, European Union, etc.

He is an avid reader and a keen follower of Adventure Sports, Cricket & Formula 1.

Musrath Begum

Musrath has done her Graduation in Commerce stream. Before joining Smile Foundation she worked with various organisations like Help Age India and SOS Children’s Village of India.

P. Krishna Sai

Krishna has done his Masters in Public administration from Annamalai University and has been a leading flight cadet of the N.C.C (Air Wing). Having an experience of more than a decade, Krishna has worked with many medical firms as a Sales Executive. Before joining Smile, he worked as a Senior Field Officer in CMARC India Pvt. Ltd.

He enjoys reading and travelling in his leisure time.

Sonia Tohan

Sonia did her Graduation in Commerce from Janki Devi Mahavidyalaya, Delhi University. She has more than 5 years of experience in accounting and administrative work with firms like R. Mediratta and Associates (CA), Silicon Electronics Pvt. Ltd and Akays Exports.
 
She is a thorough professional and likes to do the best of whatever she has been assigned.

Kiran Kaushal

Kiran has done Masters in Business Administration from IMT Ghaziabad specialising in Marketing and Advertising. Having a broad background in Sales, Marketing, Liasioning and Brand management she worked with Parivar Seva Sanstha, Alkem Labs Ltd and Pharmacia India Pvt Ltd. (now Pfizer India) etc.

She is a State level Badminton player and has been involved majorly in sports during her Academic days.

Uma has done MBA specialising in Human Resource and has worked for Monster India before joining Smile Foundation. Being an International Kuchipudi Dance artist, she has given more than 400 performances in India as well as in abroad, and is a dance choreographer and a singer also. Besides loving various art forms, she loves reading books and playing badminton. 

Priyanka did her Graduation in Political Science from Lady Sri Ram College, Delhi University and Post Graduation in Sociology from Jamia Milia Islamia. She is fervent about working for the development of women and specialises in Project Monitoring & Implementation, Training & Documentation, Advocacy and Networking.

Creativity, positive attitude and her innovatory skills are the keys to her success.

Deepshikha is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Extension Education on ‘Sustainability of Self Help Groups’ after doing her Masters in Extension Education with specialisation in Non formal Education and Foods & Nutrition. She has also done a research project in ‘Socioeconomic Factors of Coronary Artery Diseases’.

She loves cooking and has a passion towards music and long drives.

Shilpi did her Masters in Social Work from Banaras Hindu University. She has five years of experience in development sector working with Population Services International (PSI) in HIV/AIDS intervention Programme. She has also worked with ALERT-INDIA Aastha Project funded by FHI/SOSVA with the objective of reduction of STIs and HIV/AIDS awareness.

Her hobbies include reading, watching movies and interacting with people.

Raji Reddy

Raji Reddy has done his Post Graduation in Economics. She has been working with various leading Non Government Organisations before being a part of Smile Foundation.

Rajyalakhmi is a very good orator and her excellent communication skills have won her many debates and elocution competitions.

Subhasree Sarkar

Subhasree has done MSW with specialisation in Mental Health & Counselling from Vidyasagar University, West Bengal after doing a PG in English from Rabindra Bharati University. Before Smile Foundation, she worked with UNICEF as Technical Officer within the Young People Programme for 3 years and under NACP II on HIV/AIDS. She also has experience of working in the field of Health, RCH, Gender, Adolescent Health and Child Rights.
She likes reading, painting, travelling and spending time with children. 

Tapan Nayak

Tapan Nayak has done his Masters in Sociology from Utkal University. He has been in the Development sector from a very long time, imparting education and promoting awareness since last 14 years. He has dedicated his life to humanity and in helping the underprivileged.

He is a very creative person, enjoys listening to music, composing songs, writing stories and plays.

Satya has done his Post Graduation in Humanities and has been associated with social welfare activities for the last 15 years. He likes teaching poor children in his neighbourhood during his leisure time.

He is also an amateur actor and also loves to write short stories and plays in Oriya and Hindi languages.

Durai is doing Masters of Business Administration after doing Graduation in Hotel Management. He had been associated with Hospitality industry in customer servicing but then shifted to Development sector.
 
He is an avid listener of news, a sports lover and loves spending time with his family and friends.

Tripti has done her Graduation in Commerce stream from Kolkata University. She has a long experience of teaching Mathematics, Accountancy and Book keeping for a couple of years and also has been involved in her family’s Accounts firm.

Her hobbies include reading books and listening to music.

Pooja has done her MBA in Social Entrepreneurship from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and Graduation in Social Work from Nirmala Niketan College of Social Work, Mumbai. She has worked for NGOs and other Government agencies like Women and Child Welfare Department, Child Welfare Committee, Mumbai & Suburbs and Government Shelter Home. She has also been a part of World Social Forum in Mumbai.

Visiting different places, listening to soft music and cooking are her interests.

Deepali has done her Post Graduation in Public Relations from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, Diploma in Mass Communication and Journalism and a Certificate course in Biotechnology. She has worked with Eleeanora Images Pvt. Ltd. For assisting the Director for a fiction film ‘Main Kalam Hoon’ produced by Smile Foundation and Chinh Trust of India as a researcher, and scriptwriter during the CHINH India Kids Film Festival Forum 2008 and 2009.

Sneha Upadhyay

Sneha has done Aviation & Hospitality Management from Air Hostess Academy, Mumbai. She has done her in-flight training from the same institute besides doing First-Aid training from St. John’s Ambulance. She has worked in more than five leading organisations in the hospitality sectors including Hotel ITC Grand Maratha Sheraton & Towers Mumbai and Hyatt Regency Mumbai, etc.

She has been a sprinter and a solo dancer during her academic days and loves dancing, singing and learning new languages.

Abhileena is a Political Science Graduate from Delhi University and has done her Post Graduation in NGO Management from Amity University, Noida. She has always been active in Social service since her school days. Even at college, she worked with Women Development Cell.

She loves indulging in dramatics, music choir, exploring new places, reading, listening music and cooking.

Sadika Buddaseth

Sadika has done his Bachelors in Science and LLB from Goa University besides holding a Diploma in Forensic Science from ILS Pune. He has worked in the development sector dealing in safety and welfare of children and is an executive member of Ex-NCC cadet association of Goa. He is also an active member of WWF.

He loves travelling, reading books and is a black belt in Karate.

S. Kartik Ayer

Kartik has done his MBA with specialisation in Marketing. He held leading positions during his tenure with Reliance Capital and SS Group. He always had a bend towards social development sector, which made him volunteered for various NGOs in India.

Coming from a culturally rich family where various music forms are worshipped, he is a great Tabla player and has been an active theatre artist with many staged plays to his credit. Trained in sound engineering, Kartik is an avid cricketer.

Soma did her Graduation from Calcutta University. She has experience of working with numerous leading corporate houses like PAFEX and DTDC. She moved into the development sector and worked for the cause of spreading of the deadly disease - Cancer.
 
Soma loves dancing and listening to music. She also likes indulging herself in writing poetry.

Ashok Kumar Mahapatra

Ashok, a Mechanical Engineer from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), with additional IT expertise in designing database management, J2EE, Oracle -  analysis, development and maintenance of application modules. He worked with Hindalco and Ortel Communications Ltd before joining Smile Foundation.

Ashok loves listening to music and watching movies.

Sandip Kumar Dwivedi

Sandip is pursuing his Masters in Social Welfare Administration from Annamalai University after doing his Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. He has more than 5 years of experience in Project Management, Resource Mobilisation, making liaison with various stakeholders and CSR etc.with various NGOs and Corporates.

His passionate lies in helping grassroot NGOs with free guidance and consultancy for their betterment. During his leisure time Sandip loves reading, surfing internet and visiting historical places.

Sumita Rathore

Sumita has done her Masters in Economics along with Post Graduation Diploma in both Journalism & Mass Communication and Public Relations. She is a confident and diligent person with an optimistic approach towards life. She has her expertise in Event Management, Photography and Choreography.

She loves travelling and meeting people. At times she loves to play Karate.

Subhash Bhardwaj

Subhash after doing Bachelors in Arts did his Post Graduation in Hindi literature from Himachal University. He worked with Bharti Telecom (now Airtel) and Shamkin Exports before joining Smile Foundation.

Sayani Bhattacharya

Sayani is currently doing Masters in Social Works (MSW) from Netaji Subhash Open University, after doing Masters in International Relations from Jadavpur University Kolkata and Diploma in Social Works and Community Service from National Council of Education, Bengal. Before joining Smile Foundation she worked as a Marketing professional in top notch corporate houses.

Her interests are reading books, dancing and listening to music.

Anika Gupta

Anika has done her Graduation in Commerce from Delhi University and MBA specialising in Finance from a Govt. recognised University. She is also pursuing Chartered Accountancy course. Before associating with Smile Foundation she was working with a CA firm – Agiwal & Associates, Daryaganj.

She loves Gardening and travelling.

Rituparna Basu Choudhury

Rituparna has done her MSW from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and BA in Psychology from Vivekanand Education Society, Mumbai. She has got more than 10 years of experience of handling subjects like social work, resource mobilisation, making liaison with various stakeholders, programme management and communication etc. She has worked with organisations of repute like Times Foundation, Jaslok Hospital & Research Centre etc.
She enjoys playing badminton and is ardent about helping the needy.

Sailaja Surisetti

Sailaja has done Post Graduation in English from Andhra University. She has more than a decade of experience in creating quality education and in bringing a change in the lives of deprived masses while working with National Green Core, NACO, Red Cross, etc.

She has proved her mettle in Modern Poetry, Fine Arts, cultural activities, and has been felicitated by many National and International organisations in the respective fields.

Deepali Meshram

Deepali has done her Post Graduation degree in Social Works with specialisation in Community Development. She is committed to work for the welfare of the community.

Pradeep has done his Bachelors in Commerce stream from Utkal University. He has experience of working as Accounts officer in Power Grid Corp of India Ltd. and at Leica Geosystems, Geospatial Imagine India Pvt. Ltd.

Krishan Mohan Srivastava

Krishna is pursuing MBA from Punjab Technical University after doing Masters in Commerce from CCS University, Meerut. He has experience of working in Mahesh Kumar & Co. (Chartered Accountant, Taxation and Audit) and Krishan K. Jindal & Co.

His love for Cricket is undying as playing Cricket in his leisure time is what he loves to do apart from listening to soft music.

Vishesh Shukla

Vishesh Shukla has done MBA with specialisation in Marketing & Human Resource and has also done Diploma in Advertising & Public Relations. He has worked with organisations like Hughes Communication India and Feedback Communication India.

Sandip has done his MBA from FOSTIIMA Business School, New Delhi after doing PGD from Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication & Management and B.Sc. in Physics. Prior to being a part of Smile family, he has worked in the field of Journalism and Development sector (Tiger Conservation).

Guruprasad Hota

Guruprasad has done graduation in Law from Utkal University and ‘Geriatric Nursing’ through Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. He worked with IBM International in Kolkata before associating with Smile Foundation. He has the knowledge of various languages including Spanish and loves reading bible. Indulging in classical music, painting and playing guitar are his favourite leisure time activities.

Sweta Shah

Sweta did her Graduation in Fashion Designing from MS University, Vadodara. Before associating with Smile Foundation, she worked as a Merchandiser, Baroda Prints designer with Shrujan & Shroff Foundation Trust.

She loves listening to different types of music and singing.

Shruti Saha 

Shruti has done her Graduation in Geography Honours from Presidency College, Kolkata and Masters in Business Administration from Northern Institute of Integrated Learning and Management (NIILM), New Delhi. She has also done training in HR from Devyani International Pvt. Ltd, before joining Smile family.

Being a student of Geography, she has almost visited the whole length and breadth of India. Also likes to read and indulge in variety of cuisines.

Selvi Nithya. S

Selvi has done Masters in Social Works (specialising in the field of Self Help Groups) and has also done Masters in Business Administration from the Anna University. She has been associated with reputed organisations in establishing SHG's.

Babita Singh

Babita is pursuing Bachelors in Social Works from IGNOU, New Delhi. Before joining Smile Foundation she worked with SAKAAR OUTREACH. She has also worked as a trainee with YWCA, Red Reban Express and as a volunteer with MSW Department of Safdarjung Hospital.

Dancing and listening to Bollywood chartbusters is what she likes doing in her leisure time.

Khadeeja Sheikh Ahmed

Khadeeja is pursuing LLB from Faculty of Law, Delhi University after doing her Graduation. She has broad experience of working with NGO’s like Pravah, Jamghat, JNSS and Narmada Bachao Aandolan. She has attended several seminars in Delhi and Mumbai held by Centre for Civil Society.

Her interests are to visit different places, reading books and dancing.

Mr. Kulveer

Kulveer has done his Graduation from University of Madras. He has also done Masters in Computer Application from IGNOU.

He is fun loving and likes to travel and interact with all sorts of people.

Dhiraj chadda

Dhiraj is pursuing his Bachelors in Computer Application after doing a Computers Applications course from CIT.

Arun Kumar Baranwal has gathered a lot of Industrial experience after doing Masters in Business Administration. Before joining Smile Foundation, he worked with G.N.B. Motors Ltd. and Eureka Forbes as a Sales Executive.

Ashwini Kumar

Ashwini has done his M Phil in Psychology from APS University, Madhya Pradesh after doing PG from Maharani Laxmibai College of Art, Gwalior and Graduation from Laxmibai National College of Physical Education, Gwalior.

He likes playing cricket a lot since his school days.

Ranjeeta Devi Laishram

Ranjeeta has done her Post Graduation in Extension Education and Social Works from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. She has been associated with reputed organisations like Concern India Foundation, SOS Children’s Villages of India, Bangalore, and etc.

She is passionate about exploring new things for development and helping the needy. She enjoys cooking a lot.

Shayaan Ahmad Noori

Shayaan has done Graduation in Chemistry Honours and Masters in Business Administration, specialising in Marketing and HR. Before Smile Foundation, he worked with Reliance, Market Insight Consultans & The Konsultants. During his school days, he raised funds for a NGO working for Child and Juvenile Education.

He is passionate about sports and has represented his State and College team in National level Basketball & Netball championships.

Farha Naz

Farha Naz has done her Bachelors in Social Works from Delhi University and currently pursuing Master in Social Works from IGNOU. She has been associated with community development projects in Delhi Brotherhood Society, St. Stephen Community Health Department and Jagriti Yuva Manch. She also has experience of working for rehabilitation of rape victims, before joining Smile Foundation.

She enjoys listening to different genre of music and travelling to distant places.

Md. Istaf Ansari

Istaf has done his Graduation in History Honours from Magad University, Patna. He has a vast professional experience of working in Delhi as a Graphic designer in Crosway Designing, Studio Skyline and Reliable Facilities & Interiors.

He is a religious, god fearing man and loves indulging in Graphic Designing and playing cricket.

Rakhi Mehta

Rakhi is pursuing Bachelors in Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from Annamalai University. She has also done Tally 9.0 & a basic course in Computer Application from ICA, Kanpur. Prior to working with Smile Foundation she has worked as an Accounts Assistant with Gopal Patnaik & Associates.

She likes to travel, listening to music and shopping to revitalise.
