The beginning of this
partnership with Smile Foundation was marked with an employee engagement
programme. The engagement programme was organized in a way so that
the children of Smile Foundation and the volunteers of Henkel could
actively participate together. There was a painting and a dancing
competition that was conducted where the volunteers and children
together participated as teams. While the children took the lead
in performing for the team, the volunteers had taken the responsibility
of supervising and guiding their young teammates.
Both, the children and
the volunteers had a great time together. At the end of the programme,
prizes were distributed to all the winners of respective activities
and games.
