Education for everybody - the only tool to make India a developed country. Do you agree ?

It is said that Education is both the means as well as the end to a better life: means, because it empowers an individual to earn his livelihood and the end because it increases one's awareness on a range of issues – from healthcare to appropriate social behaviour to understanding one's rights - and in the process evolve as a better citizen. Collectively they form a better and prosperous nation.

Education makes a child respect his parents, family, teachers, country and herself/herself. It's a basic need and so a FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT. Present day Private Schools have made it a FUNDA and not a MENTAL Right.

I think a School should integrate each and every child by ensuring their participation and protection in overall spheres. It's our responsibility as well to ensure all these in our day to day activities and not just the Schools. Let's make a difference to the future of our Nation.Let's give them what they deserve, let's develop an Inclusive and Child-friendly environment to nurture their talents.

   It is not just about education, it has to be about top class education. It is not about just giving. But it is about giving them the best. That tomorrow when they pass out they can compete for the same kind of jobs like children coming from the mainstream society. When they can dream of a better life, a life beyond what they see everyday. And when they know that they have the power to achieve it and they are equipped well to achieve it. That is when this country will change and we will never be referred to as a developing country..... but we will be a developed country!

A P Alexander NOIDA, U P Without doubt education is the only and best way for a country like India. We have neglected it for a long time and have been suffering for centuries. We still have time. Let us start teaching a illiterate peoson each and we can change the country in a decade
