Mr. Amitabh Garg having expertise in social welfare
and consultancy for schools and passion for helping the weaker section
of the society particularly in the area of women empowerment formed
the organisation in the year 1987. Apart from a background in consultancy
and association with several philanthropic societies, Amitabh Garg is
Director at Rotary, Allahabad. He is also associated as Director with
Jan Shikshan Sansthan, scheme, ministry of HRD, Government of India
and Is Chairman Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Kaushambi, Scheme ICAR, Ministry
of Agriculture.
About the organisation
Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Society has established
itself as corporate training provider and resource facilitator. The
Philosophy of the organization is to provide Technical and Vocational
Training and Education to youths, Women and Children of different school
of Weaker section. It is dedicated and committed to the upliftment of
the socio economically backward class particularly women and children
and promotion of community development.

Jayati Sarkar: did Bachelor in Arts
(BA) from Allahabad University. She comes from a financially weaker
family but always strived for the well being of her family members.
Talking about the benefits from the course from Smile Twin e-Learning
Programme (STeP), she says, “It gave me information on the prospect
and potentiality of the world of computers.” After completing
the course, she is presently working as Computer Operator/Instructor
at MCA Literary & Scientific Society, Allahabad and earns Rs. 5000/-
as salary.
Rati Saxena: from Rasoolpur is currently pursuing Bachelor
in Science (B.Sc). Poverty in her family never stopped Rati to dream
about becoming a creative professional. After completing the course
from Smile Twin e-Learning Programme (STeP), she is working as Computer
Operator/Instructor at MCA Literary & Scientific Society, Allahabad
and earns Rs. 5000/- as salary.Talking on the impact of the course from
STeP, Rati says, “I have become self dependent, which is a big
achievement in my life. There is a drastic change in my life as I can
take decision regarding my future independently.”
Rishabh Srivastava is pursuing Bachelor
in Arts (BA) from Allahabad University. Coming from a economically weaker
section of the society, Rishabh wants to become a responsible ciitizen
of India and offer his services to uplift the nation. The Smile Twin
e-Learning Programme (STeP) course made him more confident and today
he is working as Computer Operator/Instructor at MCA Literary &
Scientific Society at Allahabad and earns Rs. 5000/- as salary. Rishabh
says,
“Many of my friends and relatives used to shun me earlier but
now I am more acceptable now.”
Jitendra Chaubey: completed Bachelor in Arts (BA) from
Allahabad University. The financial crunch at his family restricted
Jitendra to live a life with grace and respect. He wished to become
a good human being and earn money respectfully. Jitendra says, “The
Smile Twin e-Learning Programme (STeP) course inculcated a sprit of
adventure and competitiveness in me and now I am financially independent.
I don’t need to borrow money from others, which makes me more
self respective and confident person.” Jitendra Chaubey currently
works as a Sales Executive with PeeAar Marketing and earns Rs. 6500/-
as salary.
Ashish Mishra from Govindpur, Allahabad
is currently pursuing Bachelor in Commerce (B.Com) from Allahabad University.
Though Ashish comes from an economically weaker section of the society,
his dreams of being innovative encouraged him to take up the Smile Twin
e-Learning Programme (STeP) course. After completing the course, Ashish
is a more strong and confident person. He says, “The Smile Twin
e-Learning Programme (STeP) course helped me to become a mature human
being and nurtured my personality so that I can face any challenging
situation with ease. Ashish is presently working at Keshav Prakashan and earns Rs. 4500/- as salary.
