Child
for Child programme
is an initiative
from Smile Foundation to sensitize and recognize
the existing disparity between the ‘haves
and the have nots’ even in the 21st century
and motivate both the young and the old to contribute
their individual mite towards the cause of the
underprivileged.
Smile Foundation thereby intends
to initiate a pilot project towards sensitization
of school children about the disparities existing
in the society and concerns of the world around
them, thus motivating the young students to
take a small positive step in the direction
of addressing the issue. The campaign aims at
helping them to build desirable values, outlook,
knowledge, character and act responsibly towards
their families and society.

Making a difference? Well it’s
not just about acts of bravery or heroism, but
thinking of problems in the world -- whether
across the globe or right in our own backyards
-- and giving some of our time to help solve
those problems. For we pass this world but once,
and it is here that We Can Make a Difference!
Children, the catalyst of progress and the future
of the nation, are changing the world every
