22 year old Sapna lives in Shri Ram J.J. Camp. The health and hygiene situation of the community is very bad and the whole community dwellers lives in low health and hygiene conditions. During the intervention counseling sessions in the community Smile Foundation’s Swabhiman councilors met Sapna.

Payal is a mother of two boys and lives in Shri Ram J.J. Camp in Delhi. Payal's husband is the only bread winner in the family and their living order is difficult to manage. Payal is efficiently handling her family in these difficult circumstances but craves for a daughter .Smile Foundation councilors advised Payal that her younger son is just two year old and she should focus on her two children because of the restricted family income. Smile councilors counseled her to take care of her health first and sensitized about the considerate gap between the two children and about family planning. And through constant counseling and sensitization Payal decided to go for a sterilization operation so as to restrain herself to a small family.
