Employee Engagement Day with STeP students

A team of 10 employees from Barclays Bank came together to spend quality time with the students of Ank Smile Twin e-Learning Programme centre in New Delhi. It was for the second time that the group from the bank took out time from their busy working schedule for a social cause.

They programme started with an introduction round with each of the candidates. The students shared their dreams and passions with the employees and the dilemmas they face in their careers today. The team gave some vital tips to the students on how to move ahead in their lives by making better and informed choices.

The vigour and dynamism with which Barclays employees’ connected with the youth and the way they answered their queries was a morale boost for the students to move ahead in life.

The Barclays team has always been very co-operative and understanding. We cherish the beautiful relationship that we have been able to develop with Barclays in such a short span of time.
