Steps Involved for project selection

Smile Foundation follows the Social Venture Philanthropy model and based on the same these steps are followed .

Step 1 - Identify genuine grassroots initiatives in the field of children’s health & Education

Step 2 - Review background information about the organization, objective, genesis, target area and focus group

Step 3 - Conduct due diligence study to ascertain their capability and commitment

Step 4 - Constantly monitor performance on tangible and intangible parameters

Step 5 - Partner support and handhold grassroots NGOs

Step 6 - Help them attain self sufficiency and scale up operations
